Full payment is required before any jewellery leaves our atelier.
Prices are in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, or supply issue.
Complimentary Australia Post Express shipping is included on all orders within Australia. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days depending on location.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If undeliverable, the parcel will be held at your nearest Post Office for collection with photo ID.
Optional insurance is available through Q Report before dispatch. If you do not take insurance, risk transfers on delivery/collection.
Title to goods passes only once cleared payment is received in full.
Risk passes on delivery to the nominated address (with signature) or on collection in-person.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong size, or custom orders.
Custom, resized, or engraved jewellery is a final sale except where required by law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain. If an item is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. These rights cannot be excluded.
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your ACL rights.
All Red Cloud Experience jewellery is eligible for complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or loss.
Natural gemstones and metals vary in colour, inclusions, and character. Photographs and descriptions are guides only. Variations are not considered defects.
Carat weights and dimensions are approximate.
We partner with Q Report to offer optional jewellery insurance before dispatch. This agreement is directly between you and Q Report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability outside the ACL is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the purchase price.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
